The story about an idealistic, down on his luck, rookie police officer named, Daryl Spokane. Spokane is desperate to find meaning in his life and spends the beginning of his career, refusing to be swayed into the criminal ways of his colleagues. In his “defense of democracy”, Spokane does the unthinkable, which would be later coined, “The Morning Roll Call Massacre”.
